This experience offers you the incredible opportunity to take your first breaths underwater and explore the amazing marine world, all under the expert guidance of a professional PADI Instructor. The session includes a concise theory briefing, some hands-on skill practice in shallow, calm water, and then an actual dive in the open ocean. It's perfectly suited for those who've never dived before, or even those who aren't strong swimmers, serving as an ideal introduction before you commit to a full scuba diving certification course. You'll get to try out the basic gear and experience diving to a depth of 40 feet (12 meters), truly feeling what scuba diving is all about. The entire Discover Scuba Diving experience takes roughly 2 to 2.5 hours, with about 35 to 40 minutes spent underwater.

潛水注意事項
Important Notes
- 若有心臟病、高血壓、糖尿病、癲癇、哮喘、肺部疾病、耳鼻喉問題、近期手術或懷孕者,不建議潛水或需經醫生評估。
Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, lung conditions, ear/nose/throat issues, recent surgery, or who are pregnant are advised against diving or require a doctor's evaluation. - 潛水後請務必間隔至少 12-18 小時再搭乘飛機,以避免潛水夫病。
After diving, please ensure a minimum interval of 12-18 hours before flying to avoid decompression sickness. - 潛水前 8-12 小時內請勿飲酒。為確保最佳狀態,請避免宿醉、熬夜或感冒,並保持充足睡眠與輕鬆心情。
Do not consume alcohol within 8-12 hours before diving. To ensure you are in optimal condition, please avoid hangovers, staying up late, or diving with a cold; ensure you get sufficient sleep and maintain a relaxed mood.
